Dear beloved Tabitha’s family,

As we enter the final weeks of our Fairfield location’s lease, we sincerely thank you for the cherished relationships and memories we were fortunate to build over the past years, one scoop at a time.

Whether you stopped in to celebrate something extraordinary or simply because it was Thursday, the little moments you shared with us were some of our favorite “extra toppings”, and a precious gift we’ll never forget.

You made our counter your own kitchen table…

We watched you lose teeth, break bones, start kindergarten and graduate college. 

You showed us your Halloween costumes and concert blacks. Showed off engagement rings and favorite jerseys. 

We celebrated birthdays, babies, new jobs, retirement, and the return of favorite flavors like they were old friends.

Welcomed new neighbors and wished bittersweet farewells.

Dance parties, trivia, karaoke, and endless confetti!

Visits from Santa, the Grinch, princesses, and “Taylor Swift”. 

Our time at Trademark was short but sweet. The scoops will melt, music will fade, and eventually our doors will close. This may be the end of our chapter at this location, but the story we wrote together will always be our favorite.

Our last day of business at Trademark will be Sunday, July 26th. 

After that, come visit us at our original location, just 5 minutes down the road on the boardwalk at Captain’s Cove Seaport.
